Where do you ship from?

All physical orders will be shipped from The Netherlands (EU). 

Do you ship internationally

Shipping is available worldwide, but please check shipping restrictions for your country regarding packages from The Netherlands! 

Do you provide products with tracking? 

Yes, this is included into the shipping fee for all international orders! 

Voor nederlandse klanten kan het ook zonder tracking. Laat het mij even weten in de extra notities, dan neem ik contact met je op via email. Dan stuur ik de extra verzendkosten terug.

Why is the shipping so expensive for some countries?

  • Due to current shipping regulations in the Netherlands, I can no longer send acrylic items in letters or bubble mailers. These must be shipped as commercial packages, which are more costly.
  • Additionally, any small commercial packages are not allowed to be sent directly to the United States, so I need to ship them through a proxy service. This results in higher shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I aim to ship all orders within one week, unless they include pre-order items. Please note that I fulfill all orders myself, so during busy times processing may take a little longer.

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: Around 1–2 weeks

  • International orders: Vary widely, typically 2–12 weeks, depending on your country and customs processing times.

For U.S. customers
Due to current tariff restrictions, I’m unable to ship small commercial packages directly, which may result in longer delivery times.

Additional shipping information

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your country. These costs are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Once your order reaches your country, it may be handed over to your local postal service. While I do my best to ensure your order leaves safely, I am not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. I have no control over this.
  • However, if your package hasn’t arrived, please contact me via the store email. I’ll gladly help track it down and support you as much as I can!

PRE-ORDERS

  • I hold the entire shipment until all items are available to be shipped. If you would like me to ship your pre-ordered items separately, please order the items you want shipped right away separately!

    Changing Shipping Address
    Please use the contact for with any updates to shipping address with your name, order number, and new address. I cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been shipped out!

For any questions related to your order, please contact me through the store email. I prefer not to handle orders via Twitter, Instagram, or other social media, so using the store email ensures your message is seen and answered promptly.
